U8 – U12 Station Trainings:
Our high-energy Station Trainings are designed for players aged U8 to U12, focusing on skill development, game understanding, and fun. Each session is structured around rotating stations, ensuring players get focused attention and plenty of touches on the ball.

What to Expect:

  • Technical Drills: Improve ball control, dribbling, passing, and first touch.

  • 1v1 Challenges: Boost creativity, confidence, and decision-making under pressure.

  • 2v2 & Small-Sided Games: Enhance teamwork, spatial awareness, and game intelligence.

  • Shooting & Finishing: Practice accuracy, power, and composure in front of goal.

  • And More: Additional activities to develop speed, agility, and overall game understanding.

Session Details:

  • Limited to 24 players per week, organized into 4 groups of 6 players for personalized coaching at every station.

  • Sessions run Sunday through Friday at the Stouffville Athletic Centre.

  • Perfect for players looking to develop technical skills, gain confidence in game situations, and have fun while improving.

OPDL U13 – U16 High Performance Transition Trainings
Our OPDL High Performance Trainings are designed for players committed to elite-level development. These sessions focus on high-intensity attacking and defending transitions, challenging players to maintain performance and decision-making even under fatigue. Players are expected to meet our high standards consistently throughout every drill and set.

What to Expect:

  • High-Intensity Transition Play: Attack and defend at maximum speed, with rapid shifts between offence and defence.

  • Consistency Under Fatigue: Push players to maintain focus, effort, and tactical awareness through every set.

  • Game-Like Scenarios: Simulate real-match intensity to improve positioning, decision-making, and performance under pressure.

  • Fitness & Conditioning: Develop endurance, agility, and speed to meet the demands of elite OPDL competition.

  • Mental & Competitive Edge: Strengthen resilience, concentration, and the ability to perform at a high standard consistently.

Session Details:

  • Limited to 16 players per session, split into two groups: one for U13/U14 and another for U15/U16, ensuring age-appropriate intensity.

  • Sessions run Sunday through Friday at the Stouffville Athletic Centre.

  • Players must be ready to meet our high performance standards consistently, making these sessions ideal for those committed to elite-level growth and preparation for competitive OPDL matches..
